ZeinaI commenced employment with Lowes Manhattan as a caual employee at the age of fifteen. After working within the orginasation for 9 1/2 years, I have excelled and now taken on the role of Store Manager at Parramatta Westfield.
Lowes focuses on professional customer service, and as such contributes to the challenges I face everyday. However, the team orientated environment and the loyalty and integrity of all staff members assist with conquering the challenges that get thrown our way. It is these challenges, as well as networking with new people everyday that are core to my professional development. Such a position has opened up an endless amount of career opportunities. In addition to constantly learning new things within the environment, I have a Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations degree, and I believe that Lowes will form the stepping stone for transitioning into such a field.

Kocho I have been employed by Lowes for over 22 years. I started as a junior salesman at our Wollongong branch and then was promoted to assistant manager of that branch. A number of years later I became branch manager of our Sydney city store on George st.
I am now employed as area manager of our Sydney city branches including the Lowes Ladies branches we have recently opened. I really enjoy working with Lowes because i deal with so many people each day, it is like running my own business and the rewards and opportunities are fantastic.

I commenced at Lowes as a junior sales assistant and since then have held various roles such as: Department Head Schoolwear, Store Manager, Internal Auditor, Training and Development officer. Currently I am the Regional HR Manager in QLD. Having a passion for sales has helped me move forward with Lowes.
I love interacting with people and find retail very rewarding.
