Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in Australia!
We deliver packages via Toll Ipec. This method is secure and requires a signature at the customer's end. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the package. In case, there is no one available to receive the package, a calling card will be left for you to telephone and make alternate arrangements for pickup or delivery. Please note that Toll Ipec may charge extra for this service.
Please note that Gift Vouchers and deliveries to PO Boxes will be sent via Australia Post.
Please note we do not accept international orders.
How do I organise a refund or return?

Please keep the original receipt and tags on all garments to be returned.
What methods of payment do you offer online?
We provide secure online payment processing for credit card payments.
We only accept VISA and MasterCard.
Can I purchase online with my Lowes Ezy-Way Credit Card?
You certainly can. You will receive a 5% saving when you charge online orders to your Ezy-Way Credit Card.
